    René Grywnow is an executive leader with extensive experience in international industry and complex organizational environments. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for regional business performance as well as global strategic initiatives.

    He has led operations across multiple European markets while working closely with international teams and stakeholders around the world. Earlier in his career, he also led global key account organizations, working directly with strategic customers across international markets and complex project environments.

    His work focuses on building resilient operating models, enabling high-performing multicultural teams, and translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.

    In addition to his executive responsibilities, René has served on the boards of several companies and held managing director roles, overseeing governance, compliance, financial performance, and long-term value creation across multiple entities.

    His professional background spans sales, marketing, global key account management, project management, and business development in international industrial organizations, with a strong focus on transformation, organizational effectiveness, and customer value creation.

    René holds an Executive Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with research focused on AI-enabled collaboration between sales and supply chain and data-driven decision making. He also holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.). In addition, he completed the Certificate in Strategy at Harvard Business School Online, including programs in Sustainability, Global Business, and Disruptive Strategy.

    His academic and professional work reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning and the integration of business, technology, and legal perspectives in modern leadership.
